This hotel is decorated with countless hanging baskets. Renovated in 2006, it comprises a total of 127 rooms, of which 10 are suites, 5 are junior suites and 5 are wheelchair accessible. It offers excellent value and there is even a free car park for guests' use. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility and lift access as well as a café, a restaurant, conference facilities and a WLAN access point.

The hotel is around 1 block from the Skytrain Station so the city centre is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. A complimentary shuttle service is on offer for guests from/to Metrotown shopping centre, local shops and various entertainment venues.
