Description

A traditional Norfolk farm barn renovated and converted into 2 cottages that can be booked separately to sleep 4 or combined to sleep 8.

Each cottage looks out onto a large, enclosed and private garden - beyond which you will find daily farming life mixing with rural countryside. Inside, you will find modern comforts set off by the original wooden beams and large living spaces.

Each cottage (sleeping 4-6) is extensively equipped and supplied fully furnished, including bed linen and towels.

A large living space has TV and DVD player, with 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed, and then onto the kitchen and open plan dining area beyond.

The fully furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer.

Harpley is perfectly located to reach not just the extensive North Norfolk coastline but also the many attractions this part of the county has to offer.

Room specifications

There are 2 bedrooms in each cottage with solid wood double beds - both having access to the wet room comprising of a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

Everything is set on ground level with a deliberate easy access layout making the cottages suitable for the very young and those with mobility difficulties or wheelchairs. Cots and highchair available, as are various disability supports for use in the wet room. Please inform the owner at the time of booking if you require any other equipment and they will do their best to source this for you.

Cottage 1 has a zip/link bed - so it can either be booked as a superking double OR 2 singles.

Area information

The beautiful cottages are located on a family-run farm in the unspoilt village of Harpley, near the north Norfolk coast. The farm has free range chickens, geese and horses in paddocks, plus pigs and their piglets which can be seen on some farm walks.
