This converted barn has facilities that cater for the paraplegic and disabled and has been given Mobility Level 2 by VisitBritain. A detached holiday cottage within the owner’s grounds on the edge of the village of Tresmeer, just 6 miles from Launceston and the North Cornish Coast.
The ground floor has a wheelchair lift to a top floor room with single electric profiling bed and rear access door onto ramp. A second single room is on this floor and a well equipped wetroom. A double bedroom on the split level floor below has its own shower room. There are wide doorways, level entry shower facilities, a portable hoist and a response alarm.
Fresh eggs and homegrown seasonal vegetables, daily papers, milk and bread can be ordered.
A welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival.
