Down a quiet lane these carefully converted former farm buildings now form a courtyard development which offers comfortable, modern holiday accommodation and are all wheelchair friendly. They enjoy surrounding fields and part of the owner’s land has been set aside for ball games whilst each of them has its own garden and patio area.

The Southern Lakes, Trough of Bowland offer magnificent scenery for those wishing to walk and tour and for golfers there is Royal Lytham St. Annes, and a pay as you go at Garstang and Poulton le Fylde. Fleetwood offers a famous indoor shopping market and Freeport Factory Outlet. There are also many fishing lakes in the vicinity. Stabling and fields for horses available by direct arrangement with the owner. Shop and pub 2½ miles.
