Tucked away in a quiet residential area, attached to the owner's Victorian house, this delightful ground floor cottage offers very comfortable accommodation. The light and airy sitting room has a large window which overlooks a beautiful well-stocked garden, with trees, lawn and ponds which attract a variety of birds and wildlife. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of this historic market town, known as The Gateway to the Dales, for excellent shopping, a wide main street with cobble setts, regular open-air markets, which leads to the famous castle. It is an ideal base to explore the Dales, the moors and Skipton has very good public transport links.

Facilities: gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Laundry facilities by arrangement with the owner, iron/ironing board. Colour TV, video, radio/CD player. All linen supplied. Full gas central heating and electricity included in the rent. Garden table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking in the cottage please. Private parking. 1 small well behaved pet welcome.
