Casa do Cerro lies in the shelter of a hill and has open views to the south, the valley and the ocean.The villa is located on a dead-end road alongside a nature zone.

The house is a 2 storey building. The first floor is also easily accessible by wheelchair via a ramp.

During the winter months, the house can also be rented as 2 separate apartments with own entrances and private terraces.

Casa do Cerro has 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is newly refurbished in 2008 into a wheelchair accessible villa. We also provide care and nrsing on an hourly basis.

First Floor

The first floor has a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and stereo.

There is also free internet access.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern equipment.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

One bedroom and one bathroom with adapted facilities.

An adjustable electric bed with a mattress to help with pressure relief.

There is a Mobile hoist and a shower chair for free use.

Ground floor

On the ground floor is a living room with open kitchen and also satellite TV and a internet access.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one en suite bathroom with all adapted facilities as on the first floor.

Room Specifications

There is a roll in shower, heightened toilets and grab rails. There is a full size mirror for easy viewing. Doors are 90 cm wide and there are no floor doorstops.

There is ample parking space for 4 vehicles.

There is also a wheelchair accessible transport available.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Room Amenities

Sleeps 10. The house is under-floor heated and air conditioners are provided when required. There are several sheltered terraces around the villa, even for those windy days.A large laundry room with washing machine and ironing board is also available. Housekeeping is twice a week. There are ample sheets and towels provided.

Area Information

Casa do Cerro has a specious garden with a typical Portuguese barbeque with dining area. The pool and garden benefit from sunshine all day.

The saltwater pool has a easy access with grab bars and there is a special pool hoist.

You will spend one unforgettable holiday in Casa do Cerro, having all the required peace and quiet, yet only a couple of minutes away from the shops, restaurants and other interesting places.

At the villa, you will find sufficient information about Albufeira and surrounding areas.

Accessible transport to end from the airport on request ( 35 Km).

Our central location in the Algarve makes it possible to visit other seaside resorts or villages inland. There are animal parks, water parks and amusement parks in the surroundings. There is a large covered shopping mall with catering facilities. And not to forget, he colourful gipsy market and the fresh fish and vegetable market.

You can visit the lively centre of Albufeira old town.

There are some wheelchair accessible beaches where you can enjoy a meal or a snack in a beach restaurant. There is also an accessible toilet available. You have the possibility to a beach wheelchair so you can enjoy the water.You can explore those yourselves or take an organised excursion.
