With outstanding open views over Wigtown Bay, the River Cree and the Galloway Hills, this is a newly built cottage in the traditional Galloway style. Situated on a family run working farm and in an area noted for its mild winters and warm climate, this cottage provides a perfect cosy retreat. It is ideal for walkers and cyclists with a national cycle way passing close to the property. Having the benefit of an enclosed garden this cottage is also ideal for families. Fishing permits are available locally for the River Cree and the nearby Lochs; also there are 5 golf courses in a 30-minute drive.

Ground floor: entrance porch with small sitting area. Sitting room with electric fire. Dining kitchen. 2 bedrooms - 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom with 'Z' bed if 3rd bed required. Shower room with shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. Dishwasher. Shared drying room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron/ironing board. Colour TV/DVD, radio/CD player. Bed linen provided. Towels not available. Electric central heating with all electricity included in the rent. Cot and high chair available on request. Patio, enclosed garden, barbecue, garden furniture. Non-smokers only please. Lockable storage for bikes, fishing equipment, golf clubs etc. Private parking. Pets by arrangement.
In Creetown there are shops for everyday needs and 2 pubs serving food, 5 miles away is the town of Newton Stewart with further amenities including a swimming pool and a cinema.
