The accommodation is a beautiful restored Finca property, with gardens, pool, tennis court, and is located in Perleta on the Costa Brava close to Alicante, Benidorm, Santa Pola.

They welcome group or single bookings and are able to provide a varied activities menu, which includes shows, excursions, nightlife, markets, fiesta’s theme parks at no extra cost. One price is all you pay. All activities are risk assessed, and Health and Safety checks are carried out on a weekly basis.

The property is situated in approximately 2,400 sqm plot.

The property is 270 sqm consisting of:

Through lounge, dining room with open fire.

Dining kitchen, Utility room, Morning room and Large Hallway.

Five twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.

Three bathrooms/separate shower and bath.

The Gardens

Outdoors there is: 10 x 6 pool with lighting.

The owners provide 24hr supported holidays all year round for adults with a learning disability / mental health.
