Hightide (sleeping 9 plus cot normally but it has two sofa beds so it could sleep an extra four) is the closest property to Southwold Pier.

The newly built house is wheelchair friendly throughout the ground floor. There is a very large open plan living/area with TV and sofas. wheelchair accessible patio door to decking outside - kitchen cupboards fitted with child locks - electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle etc. - new condensing boiler offering instant hot water throughout the house. The kitchen also has a tide clock, which tells you when High Tide or Low Tide is approaching.

The separate large dining room / sitting room has TV/ DVD / Stereo and Yamaha electric organ with large bay windows overlooking pier. Leather sofas and leather sofa bed - various bookcases with books and games –telephone -hard wired and linked smoke detectors throughout the house including fire extinguisher and blanket plus an emergency battery torch. All room lights are on dimmer switches to create the perfect mood.

Payphone fitted in the hallway. The property also has a broadband wireless router, which will enable clients to connect to the Internet through their own laptops.

Ground Floor Accommodation Family sized bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and wheelchair accessible single bedroom with variable height adjustable bed made by Volker fitted with a Medi-Pro 3 mattress.

Wheelchair friendly wet shower room with Altro anti slip flooring and thermostatically controlled power shower -shower chair. DDA compliant toilet with appropriate grip bars etc. Variable height foldaway shower table/changing table made by Astor Bannermann.

First Floor Accommodation Approached via a spiral staircase with safety gate at the top, the accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with cot/travel cot - ensuite bathroom with electric power shower, bath and toilet .

Twin bedroom. Very large lounge area with TV, DVD and Stereo and real working wood fire with guards. Fire extinguisher - leather sofas and leather sofa bed - various bookcases with books and games - large dormer window with fantastic open views across the putting green to the pier and along the coastline. All bedrooms have a CD Radio Alarm Clock.

Externally There is a wheelchair ramp access to front door as well as wheelchair ramp access to rear patio door - extra wide driveway for adapted vehicle with side access ramps and wheel chair access - second gated driveway for additional cars (access via private road - North Parade Gardens) – new wheelchair friendly path around front garden -rear garden area enclosed by gates- pebble style beach area - play house in back garden - newly decorated fences - decking area with picnic table and chairs –barbeque - rotary washing line - shed for storage and log store. The garage houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and storage space.
