Short Description:
Kingsacre Holiday Villas
About Kingsacre.
``Kingsacre Holiday Villas was established in 2008.
Originally a rubber plantation, we have endeavoured to retain as much of the rustic charm as possible by using natural products around the grounds.
We have carefully planted and landscaped the garden to maximise privacy between the villas.
Our planting and landscaping is also designed to encourage wildlife to Kingsacre.
Our garden and grounds are undulating in parts, however we have minimised this with graduating slopes wherever we can.
We aim to cater for able bodied and disabled Guests.
Whilst we do not have a swimming pool hoist, the access to the pool is made easy with large graduating steps and a wide area to enable transfer from wheelchair to pool.
About our Villa
- A gradual slope leads from the covered car parking area to Villa 2.
- A large patio with folding doors opens into the very spacious and airy Villa, which is accessed up a gentle slope.
- The room has a vaulted ceiling with remote controlled Fan.
- A remote controlled air-condition unit is also in the room.
- Twin beds allows for all round access to the beds. The beds are 1 meter wide.
- All our linen is Egyptian cotton for that cool crisp feeling.
- All the furniture is made from Rubber wood, which reflects on the origins of Kingsacre and the local industry.
- An extra wide door leads into the spacious wet room. A stool and hand rail is situated by the shower for easy access. The toilet is situated with a hand rail and ample space for transfers.
- The whole interior has a ceramic floor for easy manoeuvrability.
About the adjoining carers accommodation
Villa 2 benefits from an adjoining room accessed through arched doors and an internal lobby.
This is ideal to accommodate extra carers if necessary (subject to availability)

From Kingsacre to the beach is accessed along a tarmac road and easy access available through the grounds of the main beach front hotel.
The beach road itself is tarmac with access at intervals to the local bars and cafes.
The beach road is tree lined offering dappled shade.
North along the beach road is the Siranet National Park that is tree lined. The road curves around to where the film “Bridget Jones Diary 2” was made, from here the sunsets across the bay are spectacular.
