Recently refurbished to the highest standards, the ramped wheelchair accessible Lobster Pot Cottage overlooks the harbour. Although centrally located, the cottage retains a peaceful charm. The luxurious open plan cottage has 2 double rooms sleeping 5. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft electrically adjusted bed plus a double bed settee. The second bedroom has one double bed. All rooms have sea views. Bed linen is provided (duvets).

The fitted kitchen has some low level units that are suitable for wheelchair users. There are integral appliances including a gas hob, eye level electric oven, eye level fridge, dishwasher and microwave. A separate purpose built room houses the freezer, washing machine and drier.

The kitchen opens on to a cosy lounge with a remote control gas coal affect fire; T.V./video Following through from the lounge is the sun lounge with dining and seating area. All sockets are raised and light switches lowered. The doorways and hallways are wide enough for wheelchair with plenty of turning space.

Externally, there is a patio with barbeque and seating area, which can be lit up in the evening for alfresco dining. A disabled parking bay is situated across the road from the cottage.
