Description

The apartment complex comprises a total of 43 apartments spread over 4 floors. This air-conditioned complex comprises a lobby area with reception (24 hours), a hotel safe, a lift, a TV area and a small supermarket. Cars can be parked on the car park or in the garage. A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.

Location

This apartment complex is located on an inviting sandy beach in Larnaca. Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot, lying about 300 m away. The centre, offering a range of entertainment and shopping facilities can be reached within a 10-minute car journey and transfer time to the International Airport takes around 20 minutes.

Room

The functionally designed studios come with a combined lounge/bedroom, en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, radio, kitchenette, minibar/fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe. The apartments (36-49 m²) are similarly equipped but come with one or two separate bedrooms. Rooms with disabled access are also available.

Sport

In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Various watersports (for example pedalo and canoe hire) are available at an extra charge from external businesses.

Payment

Guests are offered breakfast and evening meals in the form of a buffet. Furthermore, it is possible to book a half-board stay.Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment.
