This cosy ground floor semi-detached studio provides a lovely base for couples wanting a touring holiday or just to take a peaceful break. Midsummer Mews is equipped and furnished to a good standard, with the added attraction of a delightful enclosed private garden area. Thornton-le-Dale (2 minutes away by car) has very good everyday shopping, tea-rooms and pubs serving meals, with the historic market town of Pickering only 4 miles, which is the terminus for the famous North York Moors Steam Railway, with open air markets and a good indoor swimming pool. 30 minutes drive to moors, coast or historic city of York.

Ground floor: open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with electric fire set in an attractive brick surround and beamed ceiling. 1 double bedroom en-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Facilities: electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Shared laundry facilities, iron/ironing board. Filtered spring water supply. Colour TV, video, DVD, CD player and radio. Bed linen and towels provided. Travel Cot. Full gas central heating and electricity included in the rent. Welcome pack. Garden furniture for enclosed garden. Under cover and private parking. 1 well behaved pet welcome at £15 per week (donated to Canine Defence League).
