Description

This traditional hotel underwent renovation in 2004, and includes 201 Guestrooms
across 2 four-storey buildings, of which 57 are suites. Facilities include an inviting and air-conditioned 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift in the lobby. Dining and drinking options include a cosy bar, an inviting café and 2 stylish restaurants with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs. Various modern seminar and banqueting facilities are also available for those staying at the hotel on business. Furthermore, the hotel includes a souvenir shop as well as a hair and beauty salon. There is a playground and a babysitting service for younger guests. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities.

Location

Surrounded by 3.5 hectares of gardens, this hotel lies at the foot of Table Mountain, just 3 km from the lively city centre. Here guests will find various shopping and entertainment opportunities, cultural facilities and famous sightseeing attractions, such as the fort or the jail island, Robben Island. The main train station lies roughly 3 km away. In addition, the seaside of the Cape of Good Hope is only a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Rooms
