Directly beside the main terminal of the Kuala Lumpur international airport, lies this hotel. It is linked to the airport via a sky bridge and within 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. For guests' comfort the hotel offers a free luggage transport service from the airport to the hotel.

All rooms and suites, inclusive of the Pacific Floor and the Airline Crew Floor and designed to the highest standard, with loving attention to detail. The large rooms are finished off with cutting edge technology, making a complete sound-proofing of the rooms possible. Standard fittings in all rooms include a telephone with a data port, fax and answer phone, a hire safe, a minibar with a fridge, tea/coffee maker, an iron and ironing board as well as other modern facilities.
