Spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area leading to large south facing patio and half-acre garden. Open fireplace. TV, DVD player, radio/CD player. Patio furniture and Barbeque.
Kitchen equipped to high standard - fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pull-out ironing board, pull-out worktables, and ample cupboard space including low-level storage facilities. Utility area off kitchen contains washing machine, tumble dryer.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Foldaway bed available on request.
Generous car parking area at rear of house, level with front and rear doors.
Private entrance driveway.
All doors 800 mm wide except door to en-suite shower room (750 mm). Beds 570 mm high.
Local amenities also include forest walks, hill walking, horse riding and pony trekking, trout / salmon and deep sea fishing, sailing and water sports. Local Sailing and Activity Centre will facilitate people with disabilities,e.g.Kayaking etc.

Views over Kenmare Bay to Caha Mountains and Beara Peninsula.
