Short Description:
Detached house standing in it's own grounds. The whole ground floor and grounds have been specifically designed to give access to wheelchair users.
Croeso (Welcome in Welsh)
The house is a four bed, three bath new build (2008) which has the convenience of spacious sunny rooms combined with the character of the typical Pembrokeshire cottages found in the village. It has a downstairs bedroom with en-suite wet room that is especially made for the less able bodied. The whole ground floor and grounds have been specifically designed to give access to wheelchair users.
There is access to decking through patio doors on the south and west side to make the most of the sun and the views of the spectacular coast.
Livery for horses is also available on the stableyard at Llemair, should you wish to bring your horse on holiday, too! There is good hacking on country lanes and bridlepaths in the area and instruction available (on your own horse) from a BHSAI Intermediate Teacher. This is quite separate from the holiday cottage, divided by a small paddock, so you will be able to lounge on the decking and hear the gentle whinny and munching of the horses. The owners dwelling is nearby.
Awaiting WTB Star grading.
Approach:
The house is approached by a gently sloping driveway to a flat, paved area for disembarking by the low threshold door and parking for 2/3 cars.
Good size rear garden. Decking on south and west sides of house (to get the best of the sun and the views)
The owner lives nearby and runs a small, quiet horse yard separated from the holiday cottage by a small paddock. If you have a horse and you'd like to bring it on holiday too, livery can be provided for an extra charge.

Ty Pinc (welsh for Pink House and pronounced "tee pink") is a detached house standing in it's own grounds, in the village of St. Nicholas, some 5 miles from Fishguard. It has it's own parking and a sheltered garden, and is just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
The village of St. Nicholas is small and consists of pretty private cottages and houses plus a delightful church with regular services and a village hall, giving a feeling of community and rural peace and quiet. Although the village is quiet there is plenty to do and see in nearby towns with lovely restaurants and galleries.
