Surrounded by well tended lawned gardens this spacious, detached bungalow is located at the end of the village, overlooking the fields and moors and out to sea. Situated just one mile from the picturesque Runswick Bay with its white-washed cottages, sandy beach and rock pools, and the quaint little fishing village of Staithes, the comfortable accommodation offers an ideal base for a walking, touring or seaside holiday. Bracing walks can be enjoyed along the nearby cliff tops or on the moors which are literally on the doorstep, or explore the popular coastal resorts along the East Coast. Saltburn (9 miles) has a wonderful stretch of sandy beach, whilst Whitby with its fascinating harbour and old cobbled streets is just 8 miles away. For a wonderful day out, take a ride over the North York Moors to Castleton, and over Blakey Ridge with its spectacular views, before heading on to the tranquil village of Hutton le Hole.

Ground Floor: Spacious kitchen, conservatory with table and chairs. Dining room through to sitting room with open fire in stone surround. 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle. WC with wash hand basin.

Facilities: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker. Automatic washer. Colour TV, DVD, radio. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil fired central heating and all electricity included in the rent. Fuel supplied for the open fire. Garden and conservatory with garden furniture. Smoking allowed in conservatory only please. Ample private parking. Well behaved pets welcome
