This semi-detached converted single storey cottage boasts all level access (Awarded M3 Assisted Mobility Award by Visit Britain Quality in Tourism), and is set amidst the owner’s delightful grounds. It overlooks a large pond where fishing for carp can be enjoyed. There is also an additional 10 acre field for walking.

The cottage is very well furnished to a good standard and has its own courtyard garden overlooking natural gardens and pond.

There are excellent road links to the historical old market town of Bury St. Edmunds and Diss (12 miles), slightly further afield is Newmarket for the races, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.
