Fijian style bures (huts), surrounded by tropical gardens and palm treesThere is much a lot to do at this resort - coral viewing, hand-line fishing, snorkeling, wind surfing, canoes, kayaks, sailing boats & paddle boats. A relaxing island. Complementary activities include: sailing, canoes, volleyball, mini gold & equipment and much more. Located in the Mamanuca Islands, Treasure Island is a very popular resort and the closest island to Nadi Airport (direct flights to International destinations). Treasure Island is a 14.5 acre, white coral and sand fringed atoll, surrounded by a protected marine reserve. Owned by the Tokatoka Nakelo, a family group of Vuda and leased for 99 years. Transfer is available through South Sea Cruises from Denarau Marina (Tiger IV) and can be booked on octopustravel.com under the 'Sightseeing' tab. The resort also provides transfers 24 hour a day for guests requiring transfers direct to/from the resort from Vuda Marina. The Treasure Island speedboat transfer is available anytime on request (subject to weather conditions only) and the transfer takes aprox. 20-25 min. Payable directly to the hotel. Al Bures are within 30 metres of the white sand beach, generously sized and surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and palms. A mix of modern and traditional Fijian style. Bures are air-conditioned and have fans, as well as a mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Bathrooms have showers, toiletries and hair dryers. Internet connection is available in selected Bures only.
