This ground-floor apartment sits 2 miles from the centre of the walled city of York and is perfect for couples wanting to explore the city and surrounding countryside. The city is the capital of Yorkshire and offers an eclectic mix of pubs, restaurants, shops, tearooms, the infamous Minster and cobbled streets leading to many historical monuments. The apartment also has easy access for venturing further afield towards the Yorkshire coast, the Dales, visiting lovely market towns or walking in the North Yorkshire Moors. An array of National Trust properties are on the doorstep in addition to Goddards, Benningborough Hall, Dalby Forest, Go Ape and the beautiful Castle Howard.
